Poor customer service and not backing their product. Bought a magnolia tree less than a month ago Went in today and showed pictures of all the leaves that were falling off was instructed not to fertilize until a month after it was planted the month will be up on 21 June at the time that it was planted discount landscaping installers were busy and couldn’t do it in the timeframe with giving a gentleman‘s name to have it planned it. The cashier contacted the gentleman to have it planted the gentleman came out and planted it put compost around, and I was told today because discount landscaping employees did not plan it that there was no guarantee with that. I said this man works for you and I bought the tree from you. She said the man does not work for us. His card was just over on the board so anyway I’m out $300 because the tree looks terrible and they don’t back the product so FYI make sure if you buy something from discount landscape that there is a warranty with it because if they don’t install, there is no warranty this will be my last time purchasing anything from discount landscape and I bought all my plant and trees from them previous to this

0 Stars if I could. This is easily one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever dealt with. Their crew decided it was perfectly acceptable to park a Bobcat on my private property overnight without permission. Not their customer's property. Mine. Apparently they believe other people's yards are free storage space for their equipment. When I called to address the issue, I expected an apology. Instead, I got incompetence, excuses, and attitude. The person who answered the phone couldn't seem to understand why parking heavy machinery on someone else's lawn is a problem in the first place. Then I was handed off to someone who I believe was the owner, and somehow the conversation got even worse. Rather than taking responsibility for his company's actions, he became confrontational and started making comments about knowing where I live and wanting to see me. Imagine threatening or intimidating someone because they called to ask why your equipment was parked on their property. The complete lack of professionalism is honestly shocking. If this is how they treat people who aren't even customers, I feel sorry for the people who actually pay them. Respect for private property, b

I had a GREAT experience working with Spencer. We are new to the area and were compilating on getting landscape rocks. He personally took interest in our project. He ensured we had the right measurements and provided the most fair and honest quote in comparison to anyone in the area. If you are looking for a company for your Landscape needs or you are a landscape company looking for supplies, no need to look at anyone else in the area.

I just had a job finished yesterday. From start to finish my experience was great. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly. I couldn't be happier the way the job looks. From Cindy, Spencer, Toni, Aggy and everyone I had contact with was wonderful. The gentleman who did the installation were very friendly and did great job. I look forward to new projects with them.

Received 7 yards of Brown mulch from a contractor that came from Discount Landscape Supply. The mulch is EXCELLENT quality. I needed one more yard so I picked it up directly in my truck and they couldn't have been more helpful. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
